By Airport Rail Link and MRT
Ride the Airport Rail Link to Makkasan, walk across to MRT Phetchaburi, and take the MRT Blue line north to Phra Ram 9, Thailand Cultural Centre, Huai Khwang or Sutthisan — the stops most Ratchada hotels cluster around. All-in it is about 50–90 THB.
Ratchada is an MRT district rather than a BTS one, so there is usually no second change: the Blue line does the whole job once you are on it at Phetchaburi.
By taxi or Grab
A metered taxi from the Level 1 desk is about 300–450 THB including the 50 THB airport surcharge and expressway tolls — a straightforward run up the expressway to the Ratchadaphisek corridor. Grab and Bolt show the price up front in the app.
About Ratchada
Ratchadaphisek Road is a busy, local-leaning entertainment corridor — night markets and street food, large hotels, shopping and a well-known cluster of late-night bars and clubs around Huai Khwang. It is less touristy than Sukhumvit and often better value for a room.
The Thailand Cultural Centre MRT stop is also the interchange for the newer MRT Orange line, making the area a handy base for getting around the city by metro without relying on taxis.
